You'll help maintain our high standards of quality, safety and operational performance while supporting the smooth running of the site.What you'll be doingOperating plant and equipment to meet or exceed production targetsCompleting daily production reporting and operator preventative maintenance tasksEnsuring Health & Safety rules and company policies are always followedSupporting continuous improvement across process, plant and production areasBalancing production line operation and cleaning dutiesBuilding positive working relationships with production and maintenance colleaguesEnsuring high-quality products are produced efficientlyMaintaining good timekeeping and flexibilityWhat we're looking forYou'll bring proven experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment along with:Strong communication and numeracy skillsA team‑focused approachExperience with manual handlingReliability and willingness to work a continental shift patternWillingness to work 24/7 continental shift pattern.
