ABOUT THE ROLE
A BRIEF SUMMARY
As a member of the Production Services department, the Booking Coordinator will perform administrative activities to support broadcast operations, including crew travel and logistics bookings and accreditation, as well as communicating these details to all relevant parties.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
* Assisting in scheduling staff operators, booking and hiring freelancers, and handling related paperwork as needed by production
* Ensuring all jobs and personal information are accurately maintained within our bespoke crewing system
* Sending planning sheets to freelancers and distributing itinerary letters where applicable
* Managing accreditation lists and post-job paperwork when required
* Providing general Production Service administration support as needed
