Marketing Manager – Shopping Centre
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire | Full-time, Onsite (5 days out of 7)

We are working with a busy and community-focused shopping centre in Mansfield to recruit a
Marketing Manager
. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on marketing strategy, events, and digital engagement for a retail destination with a strong mix of national brands and independent retailers.
The role will suit a hands-on marketing professional with creativity, commercial focus, and a passion for community impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Planning
: Develop and deliver the centre's annual marketing strategy and events plan.
* Campaigns & Events
: Design and deliver engaging campaigns, competitions, and events to drive footfall, dwell time, and customer loyalty.
* Digital Marketing
: Manage social media, website content, and influencer/partnership activity, ensuring engaging and on-trend content.
* Tenant & Stakeholder Engagement
: Build strong relationships with retailers, local organisations, and external agencies to maximise marketing impact.
* Performance & Reporting
: Use insights, data, and analytics to track campaign ROI, footfall, and sales performance.
* Budget Management
: Manage the centre's marketing budget effectively to deliver maximum value and return.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in retail, leisure, placemaking, or destination marketing.
* Proven track record of event creation and delivery.
* Strong digital marketing skills, with confidence across social media and content creation.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
* Budget management experience.
* Creative, energetic, and commercially astute.
Working Pattern
* Permanent, full-time onsite role (5 days out of 7).
* Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings.
