What You'll Be Doing Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Overseeing daily operations — from service excellence and training to financial performance and growth.
Creating a culture of warmth, energy, and excellence across every shift.
Driving consistency and ensuring our guests leave feeling inspired to return.
Managing budgets, costs, and stock to deliver strong financial results.
Championing a vibrant seasonal menu and cocktail offering that captures the best of London dining.
Who You Are An experienced General Manager (or ambitious Assistant GM ready to step up) with a strong background in premium casual or high-end restaurants.
A natural leader — confident, approachable, and motivational.
Hands-on and guest-focused; you thrive on the floor and lead by example.
Passionate about great food, drink, and genuine hospitality.
Calm under pressure, commercially savvy, and always striving for improvement.
