As a Property Manager Apprentice you will complete a Digital Applications Support SCQF6 apprenticeship with QA, and have the opportunity to become a main part of the Mackenzie Way team in moving forward. Responsibilities: First responder for customers who call to query properties, make appointments and respond to enquiries, triage where necessary. You will also liaise with tradesmen with regards to work undertaken on properties. Become a superuser of Right Move & On The Market portals where you will advertise properties along with photos and descriptions. You will manage these listings until off-market. Work collaboratively with other teams within the letting agency to ensure a high level of service is provided. Creating digital rental statements via MS Word and allocating them out to customers. Collecting digital signatures to ensure tenancy agreements are secure. Manage and update our social media channels and website with new listings. Desirable skills: Good IT skills. Can do attitude. Willingness to learn. People skills. Customer service. Good with numbers. Reliable. Salary: £13,544 per annum (rises to £18,478 per annum after 3 months).
