At Fawkes & Reece, we are recruiting for a leading regional contractor seeking an experienced Social Value Coordinator to join their dedicated Social Value team based in the Southwest.
Responsibilities:
1. Report to the Social Value Manager.
2. Oversee multiple projects across education, healthcare, and leisure sectors, including refurbishment, new builds, and demolitions.
3. Manage up to 7 projects, collaborating closely with project teams, stakeholders, and local communities.
4. Create Social Value plans and support the marketing team.
5. Organize and host events to promote the client's positive societal impact.
6. Monitor and analyze data from internal and external sources.
About the Company:
This role is with a busy South Coast regional contractor with a turnover exceeding £90M. Projects typically range from £1M to £30M in value.
Candidate Attributes:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Passion for social value causes.
* Proven experience in a similar role with knowledge of Social Value legislation and best practices.
