We are looking for an exceptional full-time Sales Associate, to join our brand in our fun and fast-paced concession in the West End of London.
If you are a fashion forward individual with retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector, you could be just the person to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can:
* Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times
* Advise on appropriate types of jewelry and suitable combinations of piercings
* Process sales with the highest level of accuracy
* Deliver detailed explanation of piercing aftercare to clients
* Drive sales by increasing average spending and customer retention
* Liaise with the sales team and piercers to offer excellent styling advice to clients
* Be a brand ambassador and demonstrate excellent brand knowledge
* Support VM standards in store
