Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Do you have experience working with primary-aged pupils, including those with additional needs? We are looking for a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our warm and welcoming primary school community in Windsor.
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with class teachers to support pupils in their learning and social development.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support, including with children who have SEND.
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Support pupils both in class and during playtimes/lunchtimes as required.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
* Is patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic.
* Understands the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Can work well as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
* Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
* Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language needs).
* A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Teaching & Learning or Childcare.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
