This is a hands-on role working across a variety of sites, supporting compliance, performance, and safety of ventilation systems.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, testing, and remedial works to ensure ventilation systems meet current regulatory requirements. The role involves both technical assessments and on-site practical work, with clear reporting and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct ventilation compliance inspections and produce accurate reports in line with current legislation
*
Carry out fire damper testing with full documentation of results
*
Undertake fan surveys and performance assessments
*
Inspect, test, and work on air handling units (AHUs)
*
Support and deliver required remedial works
*
Complete ventilation remedial works where identified
*
Contribute to improvements in existing ventilation systems to enhance compliance and efficiency
*
Work safely on-site in accordance with health & safety procedures
*
Communicate findings clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
Essential Experience:
*
Proven xsngvjr experience in ventilation compliance testing and reporting
*
Fire damper testing experience
*
Experience delivering ventilation remedial works
*
Knowledge of fan surveys and AHUs
