Your Future Team: Reporting into the National Sales & Specification Manager for Roofing, you will be part of a team that is responsible for ensuring that ROCKWOOL products and solutions are products of choice within the UK roofing marketplace. What you will be doing: Delivering CPD’s when required to clients, specifiers, architects and partners - along with supporting the wider PSM team with their client base Supporting our System Partners and installing contractors to ensure specifications are created and tracked through to delivery Ensuring the CRM is updated with project information and correct timelines to allow pipeline to be created and shared with the wider business for production planning Keeping the CRM maintained with customer contact details Developing a customer base plan for growth and interaction, review meetings and account management Utilising the systems available to maximise potential (Showpad, CRM) Working cross functionally to share leads and information with colleagues, via phone, email and CRM Positioning the company as No.1 preferred supplier Delivering ‘Best in Class’ technical support to customers Managing your area pipeline accurately to ensure this feeds seamlessly into the wider business pipeline Being a team player to support the overall team requirements to achieve targets and goals collaboratively Understanding of regulatory and guidance within building regulations, Building Safety Act and CCPI, ensuring compliance. (eg.
