Accountabilities: Provide proactive finance business partnering to site plant managers and senior management, facilitating a deep understanding of performance metrics and improvement strategies. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financials for designated sites, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows. Produce monthly financial deliverables, such as management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, presenting information to the Head of Finance Operations for review. Uphold financial integrity and compliance with policies and standards, liaising with external auditors as needed. Identify and mitigate risks, capitalize on opportunities, and track performance against targets. Champion business growth opportunities, evaluating financial viability of projects and acquisitions. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, performance reporting, and related processes. Manage a team member and conduct regular site visits. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal development within the team. Undertake adhoc project work as required. Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: Knowledge (Essential): Good understanding of management accounting and business analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting systems. Commercial acumen. Skills (Essential): Excellent communication and influencing skills.
