The Position
The Optical Assistant will play a key role in managing the customer journey within the store, ensuring each visitor receives a seamless and engaging experience. Working closely with the Store Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert optical advice, building strong relationships with customers, and maintaining the high standards of service and presentation that the brand is known for.

The best location for the Optical assistant to be based would London and surrounding areas.

responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting with frame selection, lens advice, and aftercare.
* Guide customers through the dispensing process, taking accurate measurements and handling prescriptions.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing store environment, ensuring stock levels and merchandising are up to standard.
* Handle customer communications via email and phone, addressing inquiries and processing orders efficiently.
* Support sales and marketing efforts, maintaining customer records and contributing to outreach initiatives.
* Oversee store opening/closing procedures and follow security protocols.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of Optical experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Availability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
* Full time commitment
* Team and self-motivation
