Supply Primary Teacher – Cardiff
We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teachers to provide high-quality supply cover across primary schools in Cardiff. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, new environments and making a positive impact wherever they go.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 using plans provided by the school
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners
* Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
* Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and behaviour expectations
* Provide effective feedback to the class teacher or school staff where required
* Build strong, professional relationships with pupils and staff
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Ability to quickly adapt to different school settings
* A positive, proactive and professional attitude
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
