CNC Miller Setter/Operator
We are working with a well developed company who have a focused manufacturing capability based on CNC technology. In addition to traditional standalone machining centers, they have 6 sliding head CNC lathes that allow complete production of finished components from raw bar material. We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join them in their facility in Rotherham.
Key skilled required of the CNC Miller Setter/Operator:
* The CNC Miller must have over 6 years working experience as a CNC Miller
* Experience as a Setter mainly is required and some Operating
* Must have hands on Programming experience or excellent Setter Operator
* Ability to write programs from drawings - at a high level of competence
* Must have experience of Fanuc controls
* This role will be suited to a CNC Miller with Medium to high volume engineering background
* Experience of cutting variety of materials - from basic carbon plate, Nicol, duplex etc.
* We will consider someone who has moved up the rank
