Administrative Support/Receptionist in Sheffield!

Teaching Personnel are working with a well-established and supportive secondary school in Sheffield seeking an Administrative Support/Receptionist to join their administration team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school office, providing efficient administrative and reception support.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly, and professional, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and complete tasks to strict deadlines. What we’re looking for:
* Ability to manage calls, in person queries and emails in a friendly, professional and courteous manner
* Previous experience in an admin role
* Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail
* Willingness to contribute to a dynamic and creative school environment
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
