Responsibilities
* Uncover actionable insights from multi‑source customer data to improve retention and lifetime value.
* Translate insights into data‑led strategies and personalised journeys, ensuring the right customers are reached at the right time through the right channels.
* Drive measurable impact by setting clear KPIs, testing frameworks and continuous optimisation.
* Collaborate across CRM, digital, analytics and global teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in CRM, customer lifecycle or database marketing.
* Hands‑on proficiency in marketing automation tools and targeted, multi‑channel campaign planning.
* Strong skills in data visualisation, segmentation and campaign planning.
* Beneficial experience in hands‑on data analytics and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Curious, proactive mindset balanced with insight, creativity and data to drive meaningful outcomes.
