GSL Education are providing a role for an Inclusion Teacher to work across schools in Nottingham (NG10), fostering inclusive practice and supporting pupils who need additional guidance to access learning with confidence As an Inclusion Teacher, you will focus on removing barriers to learning, adapting teaching approaches, and working closely with staff to ensure all pupils are fully included in classroom life and wider school activities. Prime Responsibilities of Inclusion Teacher: Develop inclusive teaching strategies that support a wide range of learning needs. Work with pupils individually or in small groups to encourage engagement and progress. Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt resources and classroom approaches. Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being across the school. Monitor progress and contribute to planning and review meetings. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification. Experience or strong interest in working as an Inclusion Teacher. Sound understanding of inclusion, SEND, and safeguarding practices. Strong communication skills and a calm, adaptable approach. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
