Join as a PRIMARY to SECONDARY MATHS SPECIALIST at Castle Phoenix Trust, FOXFORD SCHOOL.
We are looking for a primary teacher who would like to specialise in Maths in a Secondary School. This role supports the development of Maths in Years 7-9 and offers the opportunity to shape the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
You will be a good teacher with experience of teaching upper KS2. Your teaching commitment will involve:
 * Teaching & supporting Year 7-9 Maths lessons and small intervention groups.
 * Occasional Maths cover teaching.
 * Supporting research, staff training and quality assurance activities.
 * Engaging and motivating SEND students.
Qualifications & Expectations
 * Excellent classroom practitioner with passion for teaching and learning.
 * Willingness to learn to teach Maths to Year 7-9.
 * Ability to engage, enthuse and motivate students and staff.
 * Work both independently and as part of a team.
 * Create and deliver a curriculum that inspires and engages students.
 * Committed, highly competent, energised, reflective and resilient.
 * Ability to make a profound difference to students by sharing belief in high academic standards in an inclusive setting.
