What you'll be doing:
* Assist in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance and knowledge with all regulatory requirements
* Conduct regular staff supervisions and training sessions to promote professional development within the service.
* Support the staff team to maintain a high level of care that is required for the needs of the People We Support and for the service.
* Liaise with external agencies, families, and other MDT to ensure cohesive care planning and delivery.
* Support the Registered Manager with the rota system, incorporating 1-2-1 hours for the People We Support
* Have good knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance.
Who you are:
* Must have a Full UK clean Driving License
* Must have a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role within health and social care
* Have a
minimum of NVQ level 3
and be willing to work towards NVQ Level 5 in Leadership.
* You will be trustworthy, reliable, with the ability to communicate effectively.
