Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
* Support the Head of Performance Based Pay with day-to-day operations, including collating and reviewing KPIs, SMART objectives, and sales targets, and communicating results.
* Manage core data collection for all colleagues, ensuring accurate data entry in systems (Salaries, Reporting Line, New Starters, Leavers, etc.).
* Liaise with the People team on data collection (garden leave, absence, etc.) to ensure accuracy.
* Manage employment contract collation for colleagues across 15 European countries.
* Reconcile data between the performance-based pay system and Workday, addressing discrepancies.
* Manage and assign Team Scorecards across regions.
* Meet strict deadlines on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Understand and explain how performance-based pay works across regions.
* Support weekly induction programs for new starters and update content as needed.
* Assist in Goal Audits and keep policies up to date.
* Respond promptly to queries in the PBP ticketing system and handle ad hoc requests.
