* Responding to incoming enquiries, out-bound calls, emails and live chat
* Handling a range of enquiries relating to specialist insurance products
* Providing quotations for customers in order to secure new business
* Securing policy renewals and working to maximise retention rates
* Processing mid-term adjustments and cross-selling other relevant products
