This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure all products meet exacting quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in joinery and stone fabrication, with a strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and health & safety. You will plan schedules, manage materials and inventory, and drive continuous improvements to maximise efficiency and output. About You: * Proven experience managing production in joinery, woodworking, or stone fabrication workshops. * Strong knowledge of workshop machinery, hand tools, and technical drawings. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to maintain quality standards, health & safety procedures, and compliance protocols. * Organised, proactive, and able to motivate a team.
