Clinical Support Worker – CTAC Service
Vacancy has arisen for a Clinical Support Worker/Phlebotomist within Forth Valley Community Nursing Services. Changes within Primary Care have led to the opportunity for a Clinical Support Worker to join the care and treatment service. The post will work closely with General Practice and Community Nursing teams.
Responsibilities
* Carry out delegated work on a daily basis, including phlebotomy and chronic disease monitoring.
* Provide support within the team and use own initiative to deliver high quality care.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Good communication skills.
* Flexible, adaptable and able to work well within a team.
* Good IT skills desirable.
* Willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery.
* Commitment to lifelong learning and development.
* Eligibility to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
