Elite Mobile Ltd is experiencing unprecedented growth. As the distribution arm of the UKs largest Pay As You Go SIM card company, and with a rapidly expanding vape business in the convenience sector, opportunities ahead are limitless. We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and hands-on Team Leader to join our team in the Midlands area (covering Manchester, Merseyside, East Midlands and West Midlands) and lead the growth of our SIM card and e-cigarette product lines.
Your Role
* Work closely with Field Sales Executives to drive performance and achieve targets.
* Train, coach, and motivate your team to secure new business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Play an active role in recruiting high-performing sales executives.
* Keep your team up to date with the latest product and service knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
* A competitive edge and passion for B2B sales.
* Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
* A confident leadership style with a focus on results.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A full UK driving licence; a company van will be provided.
