We are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our expanding team based at our site in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work 5 days a week Monday to Friday from 15:30 until 0:00. The salary for this role is £34,750 £1,000 Shift Allowance Quarterly Bonus up to £750. Main responsibilities: Setting and clearly communicating goals and deadlines for performance in line with the company’s plans and visions Assess staffing resources and effectively organise workflow to ensure all tasks within the department are carried out by a competent member of the team and to the highest standard Coordinate cross-training within the department, monitoring training requirements and implement training as required Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards Assess and review staff performance, offering feedback, both constructive and positive, to support the professional development of team members Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace Organise workflow and monitor employee productivity within a department to ensure goods are produced and shipped efficiently, on time and to standard In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document. About You Desired skills & knowledge: Previous experience in a manufacturing management position Knowledge of products, including raw materials, bought in products and manufactured items Knowledge of quality systems and standards Knowledge of Health and Safety standards and compliance Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office About The Company Wren Kitchens are not only passionate about kitchens, we are passionate about our people!
