We are currently seeking a Pastry Assistant to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Working Hours:
* Straight shifts up to 48 hours a week
What you will do:
* Work under the direction of the Head of Pastry Production Chef, & all Pastry Sous Chefs.
* Support the Pastry team with production tasks, including chocolate cutting, packaging & pressing crackers
* Work well within the Pastry team and effectively manage time and tasks
What are we looking for?
* Experience working in a similar role in a hospitality environment desirable
* A good knowledge of Pastry, and ability to work on own initiative
