About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will:
* Lead the delivery of our health, safety, and environmental risk strategy as defined by the Head of Safety & Risk.
* Implement ISO certified safety and environmental management systems.
* Act as the Subject Matter Expert on Health and Safety, Environmental risk, and Safety Culture.
* Oversee company health and safety policies, training, and audit regimes.
* Drive the Human Factors and Safety Culture Awareness program, fostering positive behaviors across the business.
* Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
* Ensure thorough investigation of all incidents and accidents, coordinating with external stakeholders as necessary.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
* At least Nebosh level 3 or equivalent qualifications
* Experience with ISO 45001 and integrated systems
* Auditing qualifications and experience
* Environmental Risk qualifications
* Extensive experience in Accident Investigation, including root cause analysis
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at senior levels
* A valid UK driving license (company car may be provided)
