JOB TITLE: ECO Advisor REPORTS TO: Retrofit Manager LOCATION: Various locations across the region SALARY: £25,000 per annum CONTRACT: Fixed term until October 2026, with potential to extend Role Overview We are recruiting two Retrofit Advisors to support household engagement in home retrofit programmes. The role involves raising awareness, delivering community outreach, and supporting residents through retrofit schemes. Some home working is possible, but regular attendance at team meetings in the central office is required. Advisors will work closely with local partners to promote schemes, organise information events, and help ensure smooth communication between residents, project teams and assessors. Those experiencing fuel poverty will be referred to internal energy advice services.
