Job Description

Are you passionate about creating personalised, automated email journeys that truly connect with customers? At Rotork, we’re looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Specialist to design and deliver strategies that nurture leads and build lasting relationships across global markets.

What you’ll do

* Develop and execute Rotork’s customer communication strategy through email and CRM.
* Design automated, personalised email journeys that enhance engagement and drive results.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
* Work with external vendors and platform providers to optimise performance and maintain compliance with global email regulations.

What you’ll bring

* 3–5 years’ experience in email marketing or CRM (B2B or industrial experience preferred).
* Proficiency with CE Outbound Marketing
* Strong skills in CRM segmentation and automation workflows.
* Bonus experience: GDPR compliance, behavioural marketing, and multilingual campaign localisation.
* A detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement and continuous improvement.
