The Role
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence across all group brands.
You will work directly with the CEO and senior team to create engaging, modern, high-quality content that reflects our ambition and growth.
This is a hands-on role. You will be filming, editing, designing and posting content regularly.
Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging photo and video content across multiple brands
* Film coaches, properties, refurbishments and behind-the-scenes activity
* Produce Instagram reels, TikTok videos and LinkedIn content
* Design social graphics, brochures and recruitment adverts
* Manage and schedule social media posts
* Grow follower engagement and brand reach
* Maintain consistent brand identity across all businesses
* Capture drone footage (if qualified – not essential but desirable)
* Support marketing campaigns and launches
What We're Looking For
* Creative, proactive and self-motivated
* Confident filming and appearing on camera when needed
* Skilled in Canva / Adobe (Premiere Pro, Lightroom or similar)
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
* Good eye for modern design and branding
* Comfortable travelling to different sites
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Hospitality, travel or multi-site business experience is desirable but not essential.
