What you’ll be doing:
6. Supporting students in-class across a range of subjects.
7. Running small intervention groups or one-to-one support sessions.
8. Assisting pupils with additional learning needs or those requiring extra guidance.
9. Managing classrooms as a Cover Supervisor when required, following set lesson plans.
10. Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation.
11. Working with pastoral and safeguarding teams to support student wellbeing.
12. Helping create a supportive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
