Company Description
Pandahall is a Chinese cross-border e-commerce company that focuses on jewellery accessories for more than 20 years. The company's vertical website pandahall.com was launched in 2004 and has been online for more than 20 years. The company's customers are mainly from Europe and the United States.
The company now plans to set up a warehouse store in London and conduct business both online and offline. Offline sales rely on pandahall.com’s UK customers (20% from London) and expected new customers. Sales are also expected to be generated through participating in various jewellery shows and exhibitions. Online sales are scheduled via online platforms, including its own website and third party platforms, such as Amazon and eBay. Online operations will be assisted by a team on China end while the UK store dispatches orders and process returns. The business prospects to be replicated in Europe and North America if it succeeds in the UK.
Role Description
The store manager is fully responsible for the UK business.
1) Responsible for the daily management of the store;
2) Organizing various exhibitions and customer visits in the UK (after participating in the exhibition, you will
have face-to-face communication with key customers of pandahall.com);
3) Responsible for the delivery and exception handling of online business orders;
4) Business communications with the China office;
5) Other work arranged by the company.
Qualifications and Requirements
The store manager is required to
1) Have the legal right of work in the UK;
2) Be fluent in Chinese and English;
3) Have at least one year of relevant work experience, e-commerce or store management experience (similar to
Tesco express) ;
4) Be able to travel frequently in the UK.
Store manager salary
Basic salary + commission (negotiable)

五、招聘需求
现需要招聘一个店长,全面负责英国端的业务。
1、 店长职责
1) 负责店面的日常管理
2) 组织英国境内的各种参展及客户拜访(参展之后会和当地的pandahall.com 的重点客户进行面对面沟通)
3) 负责线上业务订单的发货及异常处理;
4) 和中国公司进行业务对接;
5) 公司安排的其他工作;

1、 在英国有居留权
2、 中文、英文流利
3、 在英国有相关工作经验至少一年,电商或者店面(类似于Tesco express)管理经验,;
4、 能经常在英国出差;
