Role Highlights:
* Full-time, permanent position at a supportive primary school in Hillingdon
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively
* Assist in creating and adapting learning materials to meet the needs of individual students
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to promote an inclusive learning environment
* Encourage independence, confidence, and social development in children
* Support students with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges
Experience & Qualifications:
* Previous experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) or willingness to undertake training
* Enhanced DBS check required
