Salary & Benefits - £35,000 plus £3,000 sign-on bonus + pension + a range of flexible benefits.
Help secure the land that powers the UK
Join our Land & Planning Team and play a key role in delivering energy projects by securing land rights and building strong relationships with landowners and communities.
Whether it’s connections to domestic premises, EV charging, or renewables generation, our role in obtaining the land agreements is vital to allow us to install or upgrade our assets.
What you’ll be doing
* Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, local authorities, and landowners.
* Help coordinate meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and land acquisition packs.
* Negotiate land agreements for infrastructure projects
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
* Work across urban and rural environments
What you’ll bring
* A 2:2 or above in Land Management, Real Estate, Rural Business or similar
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A driving licence (essential for site visits)
* Interest in sustainability and community engagement
