* Design and develop scalable and efficient Java-based solutions to address complex business challenges.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
* Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to promote professional growth.
* Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
* Ensure solutions are aligned with organisational goals and technical strategies.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
