The Role You will take a lead role in the design and drafting of SuDS schemes, external works, and adoptable infrastructure including Section 38 and Section 104 agreements. Project work spans residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments, with construction values ranging from £250k to £30m. Many schemes are delivered to BIM Level 2. You will use industry-standard software including MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, Civil 3D, PDS, and AutoCAD to produce high-quality design outputs.
