Are you a strategic, data-driven digital leader ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a Digital Growth & Performance Lead to drive full-funnel digital transformation for the UK arm of a global conglomerate in a B2B environment.
This is a newly created role and gives you the opportunity to build a high performing digital function and viewed as the engine of growth. You'll lead the digital strategy, performance marketing, AI-enabled operations, and a talented team of specialists, all while collaborating across brand, sales, IT, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full-funnel digital strategy across paid media, SEO/SEM, CRO, email, social, and content — aligned to business growth goals.
* Drive performance marketing through data-led decision-making, optimizing campaigns and conversion rates across the funnel.
* Own and evolve digital KPIs including traffic, cost-per-lead, conversion rate, and bounce rate — using advanced analytics and testing frameworks.
* Build and manage a high-performing team of digital specialists, fostering collaboration across brand, sales, IT, and external partners.
* Champion AI-enabled marketing operations, identifying high-impact use cases and ensuring responsible deployment with governance in place.
* Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize ROI and scale what works.
* Ensure compliance and digital risk management, including GDPR, ethical marketing practices, and platform security.
What You'll Bring

* Deep expertise in full-funnel strategy, CRO, analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in transformation environments or "big start-up" contexts.
* Fluency in AI applications for marketing, with governance and impact measurement.
This is a hybrid role with a day or two a week in Birmingham and one day a week in London.
