As a Senior UX Researcher, you’ll have the opportunity to lead research that influences decisions across design, product, and business teams. You’ll play a vital role in shaping experiences for global users while championing ethical, inclusive practices that drive strategic and tactical outcomes.
Working directly with the Product Design Director, you’ll be embedded in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment where your expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research will drive meaningful impact. What You’ll Be Doing
1. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research end-to-end, from design to reporting.
2. Deliver insights that inform design, product development, and strategic direction.
3. Evangelise user needs across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
4. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
5. Identify opportunities for foundational and discovery research.
6. Support and report directly to the Product Design Director.
What You'll Need
7. 4+ years of hands-on UX research experience.
8. Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
9. Proven ability to influence product or business strategy through insight.
10. Comfortable with data gathering, analysis, and visual presentation.
11. Experience working remotely across distributed teams.
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
13. Passion for products, people, and inclusive design.
