As a Night Porter, you will...
1. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
2. Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
3. You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
4. In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
5. Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
6. Complete day to day tasks in the hotel and pub.
