In this vital role, you will manage job workflows, communicate with clients, assist engineers, and work closely with both the administration and service teams to ensure a smooth and professional service. Key Responsibilities Upload and manage new reactive and contract jobs on the company portal, ensuring accurate details are recorded in Job Watch Create and process client applications as required Handle incoming calls from clients and engineers, providing clear and professional support Maintain client portals with up‑to‑date job information, service updates, and accurate ETAs Prepare and issue client invoices in line with company procedures Ensure service reports and contractual documentation are completed accurately and sent on time Support scheduling of engineers, diary management, and workload planning Liaise with centre management and other internal departments as needed Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider team Skills & Experience Previous experience in an administrative, operations, service coordination, or office-based role Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Confident written and verbal communication skills Experience using job management systems or service portals (desirable) High attention to detail with a methodical approach Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team Personal Attributes Proactive and dependable Professional and customer‑focused Calm and organised in a busy environment Apply Today to be a part of a fantastic growing team
