The Role
This is a part-time, in-office position (not remote). Your typical tasks will include:
* Managing emails and filing systems
* Preparing and formatting documents
* Light bookkeeping and data entry (experience with Apple software is helpful)
* Greeting occasional visitors and handling calls
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in office administration (minimum 2 years in a similar role)
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe and Apple software
* Comfortable learning simple bookkeeping tasks
* Naturally organised, detail-focused, and dependable
* Able to work mornings on Monday-Friday (ideally
