You'll be joining a supportive leadership team within a region of children's homes that values creativity, resilience and child-centred practice.

About the Role:
Support the Home Manager with daily operations and leadership
Lead, motivate and supervise the staff team
Ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic care
Support care planning, safeguarding and risk management
Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations
Manage rotas, staffing and contribute to budget oversight
Be a positive role model for both staff and young people
Promote a nurturing, structured and inclusive home environment
Step up in the Manager's absence, taking full responsibility when required
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in a residential children's home (Senior or Deputy level)
NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (Residential Childcare pathway)
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations & safeguarding
Experience with rotas, staffing and basic budget support
Resilient, proactive, child-centred and confident in leading others
Full UK Driving Licence
