Part-time Female Support Worker


The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

Up to 20 hours, (12 hours in Albrighton and 8 Hours in Bridgnorth)

Joining bonus £200 (T&C's £50 on completion of onboarding, £150 on completion of 6 months probation)

We support adults with learning disabilities across our services in the Albrighton and Bridgnorth areas. Every individual we support has unique needs, interests, and aspirations, and we are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing.

We have looking for a reliable, motivated, and flexible individual to work across our services, supporting people both in their own homes and within the local community.

Your role involves:

* Shopping, cooking, and maintaining a clean and comfortable home
* Supporting with health, wellbeing, and attending appointments
* Encouraging independence and developing life skills
* Enabling access to social, leisure, and community activities
* Working flexibly across services to meet the needs of those we support
* Providing practical and emotional support
* Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect
* Supporting individuals to engage with their local community
* Following individual care and support plans

About You:

Essential Requirements:

* Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle.
* Previous experience in a support/Care worker role
* Experience delivering person-centred support
* Experience in supporting people with Autism
* Passionate about supporting people to live a happy and fulfilled life.
* Promote independence and daily living skills. xsngvjr
* Good IT knowledge/skills/systems

Desirable Requirements;

* Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour support
* Health and Social Care qualification
* *FEMALE ONLY
