What we need, in a nutshell:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the implementation and processes involved in delivering IT business change within Central Support and our park locations at Away Resorts. The role involves ensuring proper project delivery, governance, controls, and methods are followed to achieve business growth and development objectives. You will support teams across the business and third-party stakeholders, leading project delivery, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. Additionally, you will assist in creating business cases, triaging, and seeking approval for new projects. The role also involves helping the organization enhance its project management and delivery capabilities, including maturing portfolio management practices.

* Deliver a broad portfolio of IT and business change projects, including infrastructure and applications
* Define, maintain, and improve project management methodologies
* Lead multi-site delivery with governance, financial control, and outcome measurement
* Maintain all project management documentation
* Chair project management meetings and provide updates
* Ensure successful transition of projects into operational environments
* Manage project budgets, tracking expenditure, scope, and quality
* Report project updates to the Executive and Senior Leadership team
* Support pipeline planning and timely project submissions
* Collaborate across functions and manage third-party relationships
* Develop project management capabilities and improve delivery frameworks
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need:
* At least 3 years of relevant project management experience, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, software applications, and business initiatives
* Experience in implementing project management processes and developing organizational capability
* Proven track record of delivering cost-effective, well-managed projects
* Commercial awareness and ability to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
* Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects
* Experience with change initiatives within functional units
* Background in IT systems related to business applications (Payroll, ERP, Financials, etc.)
* Proficiency with project management tools and frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile)
* Experience with full project lifecycle management
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, team-oriented, and able to use initiative
* Excellent at communicating at all levels
