About the Team
As a member of the Social Work Academy, you will lead practice development, providing a welcoming and meaningful introduction to children’s services, ensuring high quality professional development and supporting staff accreditation and career progression.
About the Role
This fixed‑term post offers an exciting opportunity to bring your professional creativity into the implementation of systemic practice within children’s services. Your duties will include the development and delivery of learning in advanced relational practice, trauma‑informed practice, and leadership, supporting the wider Academy curriculum delivery and professional development offer. You will also adapt learning to virtual formats and draw on contemporary research and best educational delivery practices.
About You
* Full driving licence and willingness to drive
* DBS clearance
* Professional social work qualification, or a similar statutory background (e.g., NHS, police, education, systemic practice, restorative practice)
