Base pay range
* Job Title: Complex Care Coordinator
* Location: Fazakerley, Liverpool
* Salary: Up to £26K (+ On Call Payments and Bonus)
* Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in scheduling and coordinating care visits to ensure our clients receive the best quality care when they need it.
