The Role
* Act as a trusted adviser to clients, managing relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
* Lead tax compliance, reporting, and advisory assignments, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities with both new and existing clients.
* Support and mentor junior colleagues, helping to develop their technical and professional skills.
* Collaborate with other specialist teams to deliver joined-up solutions.
About You
* Professionally qualified (ACA, CTA, CA, or equivalent) with strong corporate tax knowledge.
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage senior client relationships.
* Commercially aware, with an eye for opportunities to add value.
* Experienced in coaching or supervising less experienced staff.
* Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
