In this fantastic global senior role, you will deliver robust Cybersecurity control governance and security risk management across DBS to ensure risk management is transparent and clear to all Global Business and Functions (GB/GF), regions and entities. As a Senior Cybersecurity leader within the Global Chief Control Office (GCCO) Function, you will directly support the Global Head Technology Chief Control Office within HSBC. In this role, you will: · Provide specialist Cybersecurity risk and control knowledge and insights, leading efforts to continuously improve the control environment and monitoring of Cybersecurity risk, including behaviours. · Effectively manage stakeholder relationships across Cybersecurity, Data, CCO, 2Lod, 3Lod, Tech and CCO communities · Influence and shape the development and implementation of future-fit Cybersecurity risk management and regulatory frameworks. · Provide Exec level Management with updates on any relevant changes to policy or projects related to operational Cybersecurity risk that have an impact on their area of responsibility. · Plan effectively around delivery constraints and optimize the plan to maximize benefits and minimize risk. Develop the plan within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality. · Standardize and synergize Cybersecurity risk and control management processes and practices across all geographies for Cybersecurity controls (IDAM). Requirements To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: · Strong Cybersecurity leadership background with a proven track-record of managing wide range of diverse exec level stakeholders. Negotiating skills to manage right outcomes for Technology across a diverse set of GB/GF’s, senior stakeholders and lines of defence often with competing objectives. · In-depth technical knowledge of cybersecurity/infrastructure technology. · Extensive, detailed knowledge of cyber/infra tech controls a must. Broad understanding of Non-Financial Risk framework. Experience in performing risk and control reviews. · Confidently possess technical knowledge i.e., security frameworks with experience in a risk/audit or control related role. · Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to support problem analysis with project management, team management experience, an ability to influence senior stakeholders. The base working location can be London, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds or Bristol. You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
