About the Role
You'll be hands-on in shaping Baukjen's visual identity across digital and print touchpoints, including META and PMAX campaigns, Shopify pages, CRM assets, and short-form video content. You'll also have the chance to support occasional print projects such as lookbooks, packaging, or marketing collateral.
This role reports directly to the Creative Lead and Brand Experience, and you'll collaborate across marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, innovative brand storytelling. Videography and photography skills are highly welcomed, as the role may involve supporting in these disciplines.
What You'll Do
· Support the Creative Lead and Brand Experience team in delivering creative solutions across all channels
· Design digital advertising assets for META, PMAX, and other paid media
· Create CRM assets including email campaigns and newsletters
· Update and optimise Shopify pages for a seamless e-commerce experience
· Crop, retouch, and optimise imagery for web and marketing
· Deliver short-form video content for ads, social media, and e-commerce
· Support occasional print projects like lookbooks, packaging, or marketing collateral
· Explore AI tools and new design technologies to improve workflows and creativity
About You
· You are passionate about leaving the planet in a better place
· You're a self-starter, self-motivated, very well organised and proactive
· You have a great work ethic and positive attitude
· You're a team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
· You can multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro) and Adobe XD
· Experience with Shopify or other CMS, with strong UX understanding
· Knowledge of digital ad formats and best practices across META and PMAX
· Sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail
· Curious about AI tools and emerging technologies
· Comfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
· Videography and photography skills are a plus
