Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs.
* Perform nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
* Stay updated on the latest nail trends and techniques, including makeup application for a complete beauty experience.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients
* Ability to communicate fluently in English
* Experience in nail care and related beauty services
* Relevant certifications in nail technology or cosmetology
